How Paragon Service Pros Started
As long-time residents of the Valley, we’ve lived everywhere from Chandler and Gilbert to San Tan Valley and Queen Creek. We felt strongly that as the little town of Queen Creek boomed, the community needed to properly be taken care of with honest home service providers – Paragon Service Pros was born.
We built our company with a focus on providing an exceptional customer experience and changing the way homeowners see HVAC companies. Our commitment to outstanding service and unmatched workmanship is what helped us grow into one of the valley’s most trusted AC companies. Because of the desire to set ourselves apart from competitors, we’ve adopted technology and processes that make doing business with us a much better experience than any other HVAC contractor in town.

About the Owners
Chad Richardson - Owner
Chad has been in home service for over 20 years with 15+ years of that being spent in the HVAC industry. Chad has been involved in all aspects of the trade. Over his career, he has managed and trained hundreds of employees in residential heating and air conditioning maintenance, repair, and installation. Chad takes special pride in training and working with the younger generation to teach them a trade that can provide for a lifetime of opportunity. When Chad is not teaching his staff or working with his clients, he can be found with a fishing rod in his hand. Chad was born and raised in the greater Seattle area. After moving to Queen Creek with his family in 2005, he missed the salmon and trout fishing he grew up with, and now often spends his vacation time somewhere with fantastic fishing opportunities.
About the Owners
Nicole Richardson - Owner
Nicole also grew up in the Seattle area and met Chad while she was a Regional Dispatch Manager and Administrative Assistant for a large nationwide telecommunications company. She pulled away from her position when she and Chad decided they wanted to raise a family. They relocated to Queen Creek, and shortly thereafter their son Devan was born. After their children were school-aged, Nicole got her real estate license. She soon found a small niche market utilizing her fantastic administrative skills as a transaction specialist. Nicole was by Chad’s side while he learned about operating in HVAC, and learned a lot herself about the industry. It was a natural fit to bring her on board! She's the glue keeping everything together behind the scenes at Paragon. Nicole has really taken a liking to travel and can be found in the off-season near a Beach.
