What is Condenser?
The condenser is the outdoor unit of an AC or heat pump: its coil and fan reject the heat collected from inside your home into outdoor air, condensing hot refrigerant vapor back into liquid. Its ability to shed heat determines how well the whole system performs.
Why it matters in Arizona
A condenser in Queen Creek has to dump heat into 110–115° air — physics is already against it, so a dust-coated coil is a capacity killer here in a way it isn't in mild climates. Pre-season coil cleaning and a gentle rinse after every haboob protect exactly this component.
