What's your home's comfort profile?

Seven quick questions about how your home actually feels — get a personalized profile of what's working and what isn't.

Question 1 of 7

Do some rooms run hotter or colder than the rest of the house?

What the quiz actually measures

Comfort complaints cluster into four measurable dimensions: airflow & balance (hot rooms, warm bedrooms, floors that disagree), dust & air quality (fast-returning dust, indoor allergies), monsoon humidity (clammy August air), and efficiency (bills and system age). Your answers score each one; the profile names your top offenders and the fixes that actually address them — not a generic upsell list.

Every recommendation follows the same rule we use in the field: cheapest credible fix first. A filter change beats a duct job, a duct job beats a new system — and when replacement genuinely is the answer, we'll show the math, not the pressure.

The comfort questions behind the quiz

Why are some rooms in my house always hot?
In Greater Phoenix homes the usual suspects are duct design, register balance, and long duct runs through a 140°F attic — not the AC's size. Two-story homes add stack effect: heat rises, and a single thermostat downstairs can't see it. An airflow evaluation finds where the cold air is actually going; fixes range from balancing dampers to zoning.
Why does my house feel muggy during monsoon season?
A right-sized, healthy AC dehumidifies as it cools. Clammy indoor air usually means the system is oversized (it satisfies the thermostat before wringing water out of the air) or losing capacity. If August feels sticky indoors every year, a sizing and refrigerant check will tell you which problem you have.
Why is my house so dusty all the time?
Desert living means more fine dust, but a house that re-dusts in a day points at the HVAC: an undersized or wrong-MERV filter, or leaky return ducts pulling attic air — and attic dust — into your supply. Filter first (cheap), duct test second.
Does the quiz require my email?
No. The email step is optional — it sends you a copy of your results, nothing more. Skip it and your full results display anyway. We don't run newsletters and we never sell your information.
